Shipping Policy

We offer a completely free shipping for all our products in our websites. We ship only within the mainland United Kingdom and we are not shipping internationally at the moment.

Our Delivery Services

We currently use Hermes to deliver all orders. We use Hermes Standard Shipping which deliver products within 2- 4 days.  Orders must be placed by 12 noon for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be sent out on the next working day.

We ship products Monday to Saturday.  We do not currently deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE- Due to coronavirus orders may take slightly longer to arrive than normal.

We ship using Hermes Standard 2-4 Days Delivery Service. This will fully trackable.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Restrictions

We offer our standard delivery services throughout the UK.
We are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland and EU.

Delivery Lead Times

Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days.  We pack and deliver all the orders received up to 12 noon the same day. Any orders placed after 12 noon will be sent out on the next working day.

Overdue Deliveries

If you didn’t get your item within 5 days after you get the tracking number, please contact help@toycastle.com, we will investigate the issue and provides refunds if the item is lost or coordinate with the courier company to deliver it to you.

Lost Deliveries

If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please contact at help@toycastle.com and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with the carrier service in question.

Fulfilment Locations

We have two warehouses in UK, One is in Milton Keynes and another one is in Ipswich. We will ship the products from one of these locations based on the stock availability and distance to your address.Our Warehouse address are as follows.
